A little about the person behind the theory.

I've spent most of my life learning how to host.
I grew up in hospitality, worked across cafes, restaurants and venues, helped open businesses from the ground up and managed teams.
I've worked as a sommelier, in marketing and in corporate environments. I understand the journey from the first interaction to well-established connections whether that be from a marketing to dining perspective or building client relationships.
Somewhere along the way, I realised I wasn't just interested in hospitality.
I was interested in people.
How we connect.
How we communicate.
How we build trust.
And why some businesses make you want to come back, while others don't.
